The hotel is in a perfect location, super close to V & A Waterfront and in a great area with easy access to everything you want to see in Cape Town. The rooms feature a pleasant garden view, but the pricing could be better for what you get. The staff provides exceptional service, offering laundry and tours/ticket assistance. The dining options are indulgent with delightful pastries, although they come at a premium. The facilities are well-maintained, but value for money might be a concern in some areas.
The hotel is in a lovely location, close to Waterfront with a beautiful garden view. The rooms were clean and spacious, but there were some noise disturbances.
